Return & Refund Policy
We at Tailyam are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and services. However, once the payment is completed, products cannot be returned.
Returns and replacements will be processed free of charge only in cases where the customer receives an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or a damaged item.
Return Eligibility
Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging, including all tags, accessories, and invoices. The product must remain undamaged, untampered, and unaltered. A return or replacement request must be initiated within two (2) days from the date of delivery.
Customers must upload clear images of the product in its original condition, and if defective, highlight the defect.

Provide the order number, courier docket No/AWB No, reason for return, and a clear photograph of the product.
Cancellation Policy
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
Refund Process
Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
Refund Details
The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs incurred by us.
For returned products, the refund will be credited back to the same account (online banking, credit card, debit card) used for the purchase.
Product images and the delivered box are required for all cases.
